Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our service. We want to make sure that our customers have an excellent experience with us. As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions which govern the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1.0 Live-Online Courses

1.1 Live-Online Courses are those courses that are offered and delivered using online meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, MS Team, or Google Classroom.

1.2 If a live course is canceled by us for any reason before the scheduled date, then all participants will be refunded 100% of the paid amount.

1.3 If a customer/learner wants to cancel/reschedule the booking of a live class after the payment, he/she will have to notify us for cancellation at least 3 days before the scheduled starting day of the course.

1.4 If a learner faces issues regarding schedule, date, time, or any other mentioned by the learner, the learner must notify us within 1 (one) day of starting the course. We will try to accommodate the learner with the next/other available batches.

1.4.1 NO-REFUND will be made for such cases.

2.0 Recorded Online Courses

2.1 Recorded Online Courses are pre-recorded and edited online courses. Usually, this type, of course, consists of several modules, lessons, quizzes, and/or exercises.

2.2 Due to the immediate access to Recorded Online Courses, all purchased are FINAL and are NONREFUNDABLE.

3.0 Digital Products

3.1 Due to the immediate access to digital products, all purchases are FINAL and are NONREFUNDABLE.

4.0 Referral Courses & Referral Products

4.1 Referral Courses & Referral Products are those which are provided by our partners/third party, and we are only sharing a link to such products and courses.

4.2 We may often bring/promote/share referral links for courses & products on this website. Any refund for such courses & products is governed by the refund policy of the original provider. Therefore, a refund request must be placed as per the guidelines and on the website of the original provider.

5.0 Allowable Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place regarding the courses & services we offer. We may consider requests for a refund for the following reasons only:

5.1 Duplicate Payment: A refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same (original method of payment) or convenient sources within 7 working days after intimation by the customer. Such refund request must be made within 2 (Two) days of making the duplicate payment.

5.2 Product Not-As-Described: Such issues should be reported within 2 days of the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.

5.3 Claims which are based merely on the customer’s false/wrong expectations or wishes will not be treated as valid.

6.0 Processing of Refund Request

6.1 The customer/learner will be refunded, subject to fulfillment of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, the full amount within 7 working days from placement of a notification of cancellation.

6.2 All refund requests will be screened/reviewed and will only be processed upon fulfillment of terms and conditions.

6.3 Requests for a refund are accepted at refund @ skillsgear.com within the period of 2 days of the order being placed or as specified above. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund.
